The Mullet

Sunday Fun day…a few piccies from the day!

mullet

The latest in ‘finless’ surfing….and how did it go? Well I did see him get to his feet once, then get speared face first into the reef with his ‘mullet’ bouncing over the cunje in the whitewash towards me and as I stooped down to pick it up all I could hear was a cry of ‘don't touch it and I’m okay and I don't need any help’….no worries bud, I wasn’t going to help you but just wanted to pick it up and have a feel of the rails…..I never saw him catch another wave after that, but then again the crowd was thick and solid low tide wrecky isn’t the best place to trial a new stick…

The Snookie

The newest in beach fashion…..why do people want to wear a bath robe to get changed from their wetsuit into their clothes, when there is nothing wrong with the humble beach towel?
Harry Potter wannabe’s!

  2. Thanks Mick....move on down if you can handle the winter months mate, there is plenty of older kneeboarders hidden down this way!

    1. Too many aches & pains nowadays-couldn`t endure the winter months.
Just spent a week between W`gong and Kiama and loved it, went to several spots for the first time. Felt right at home in Port Kembla.
