The Weed Bank

045

Well the endless supply of swell and offshore winds continue , so many great banks have been formed since the rain has ceased, with most creek, river and lake mouths opening up into the ocean , making it a motza for us surfers!

I was lucky enough to share a few hours last week with my youngest son Curtis, who rode my kneeboard , while I took out the Omni Surf mat and the timber paepo.

Curtis did well as he has not ridden a kneeboard in many years , with a full knee re construction behind him, he had been a footboarder for the past few years, so it was good to see him back on his knees and enjoying the waves

    1. Its not just about making it out , watching the curtain throw over your head and sitting inside , even if its only for a blink of a eyelid....you are getting barreled

It's always fun surfing with your own kid sharing a few waves
My son just shaped my oldest daughter a longboard and hopefully I'll be sharing a few waves with them soon this summer!
    Great photos Adam
