Only a Waka Knows the Feeling

Werri Beach pointscore 15-4-2012

29

The boys from the mighty kneeboard club held their pointscore down at beautiful Werri Beach and with that being a stone’s throw away , we decided to call in and catch up with the boys from WAKA. Knowing there was not alot of swell running, I threw in my surfmat and hoped for the best, so after getting some coffee at Mickey Dees at South Nowra, we headed north and picked up Eric on the way thru!

Surf Mats and Summer Fashion

Now there should be a certain etiquette to what beach fashion you should wear whilst gracing the beautiful waters of our coastline, so when Eric decided to wear just his speedo’s while going for a surf mat, there was a loud cry from the waka tent…..NOOOOOOOOOOO!

43

and this is the correct beach fashion to be worn , helps if your female as well!

For a day with bugger all swell, we had a great time catching up the boys and some fun little waves.
Big thanks to Club President Russell Smith for inviting us up to share the fun!
