POST COVID SCUMM FILES
It has been months since we had ventured south for a wave, not complaining though as we have been lucky enough to sneak close to home for isolated surf sessions but was really missing this fun reef / pointbreak , so when the NSW State Goverment decided to lift the local travel ban last weekend, it was a no brainier to head on down and see if we could just enjoy a few waves and laughs at our ' fun parlour' and we sure did score some magic waves with just the 3 of us on mats from first light and finally joined by another couple of close cousins riding kneeboards!

'was good to get plenty of POV of the lads and slow it down and see the different mat wrangling methods that we use amongst us.....a squeeze there a push there and see the adaptability of the 4GF SURFMATS '.....the smiles on their dials said it all

The view from the water.....I was the first to run down the hill and jump out , it was still dark on the rocks and I was watching some absolute crackers marching off the point with some solid 4ft sets which is way bigger than the predicted 2ft + , and I could see the adjacent reefs were all firing as well which explains why we had this for over 2 hours with just the 5 of us ......SCORE!!!

Well the swell dropped and was at what was predicted, 2 ft and under .
The sunrise was just insane and the air temp freezing, after out fashion shoot at the washed up tree, it was back to Cuddy Shop for some coffee before the 3 of us went out for a slide or two.
