May has been just pumping down here on NSW South Coast, we seem to be having endless swells and offshore winds , so when a fellow kneelo called in for a visit from sunny Queensland , it was easy to get him into a few good ones…

Flat Water Riding with Rafts

The Bommie can be such a fun wave, with a nice steep takeoff giving you plenty of speed to push thru the middle ‘flat section ‘ then on towards the sucky shore dump on the inside reef. Paul and I lucked out with just a handful of boardriders to contend with, then it was just down to us 2 on mats and a one  friendly local mal rider named  ‘Butto’
