Yes I know Tom thats why I posted the video showing the stupidity of it, the consequences could have been way worst if he had actually hit me , with the laws here in Oz are pretty tough with a surfboard now classed as a 'weapon' and some out of court settlements up to 250k depending on the injuries, I wasn't fussed and spoked to the kid straight afterwards when I paddled back out...all over a 2ft wave, but his mate was on the beach shooting happy snaps .!
