With the weather being a bit scratchy all week, if was a relief to wake up on Thursday morning and see the morning sun trying to poke its eyes thru the cloud! Paul picked me up nice and early for a surf check and we headed down to Bendy, but with next to no swell down south, we headed back to Cuddie Shop for a coffee, before heading home to get organised for the standard 'Oz Day' barbie and swim down in the park at Summercloud Bay. So with our best oz day clothing being worn , we loaded the car up and was joined by good friends Paul, Vanessa and Chloe Newman and Eric , Faye and Luke Bridges for a fun afternoon , we even got to snorkle in before the rain returned ......

DeleteWe had a fun morning and a great snorkle along the reef from the boatramp all the way to Pipe, and it was dead flat...the next day it was 4ft and offshore!
