1  Always keep outer flipper pointed in a downward direction, whilst reaching for mat





2  Always Raise outside flipper and inside arm





3 Always Remember to kick both flippers in the air whilst grabbing for mat with outside arm





4 Always perform a Stylish flipper cross whilst preparing to eat sand, note flinger tip grab on mat required





5  Always be prepare to bite that sand whilst grabbing handful of mat
