Well after scoring some really fun waves on the Saturday with our mats , we were hoping to score some more fun closer to home and finally decided to head out at Green Island for a few amongst the longboarders…was not really doing it as it was only a wind swell, but what a beautiful sunny morning, shame the water was still freezing!

It was dead flat a couple of weeks ago as well so we went out to Monument reef and surrounds for look…made a mental note to take the grandkids out here over summer for a picnic and snorkel, such a beautiful reef!
